Encrypted Sensitive Data
Merchant banking details, owner SSNs, and FEINs collected during onboarding are encrypted with AES-GCM before being stored. Access is restricted to admin personnel with a documented need.
Secure Infrastructure
Our applications run on infrastructure with TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging on sensitive admin actions.
Role-Based Access
Partner accounts, agent accounts, and admin accounts each see only the data appropriate to their role. Partner PII access is restricted by design.
