Your POS. Your online orders. One connected operation.

Bring supported Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub orders into your POS workflow β€” with Postmates orders handled through supported Uber Eats connections. BSV Solution helps set up your menu, online ordering, website and loyalty tools, and reviews direct-order delivery options that may reduce reliance on marketplace commissions.

Availability depends on your POS software, integration provider, service area and merchant agreements. Processing, software and delivery fees may apply; savings are not guaranteed.

Three different things β€” kept separate on purpose

1. Marketplace orders into your workflow

Supported Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub orders can be brought into your POS or order-management workflow, with Postmates orders handled through supported Uber Eats connections. This reduces manual re-keying between tablets. It does not change the commission terms you have agreed with each marketplace.

2. Direct orders on your own site

Your own ordering page keeps the guest relationship with you: your menu, your branding, your customer data. Direct orders arrive in the same workflow as the rest of your tickets, where the platform supports it.

3. Delivery for your direct orders

Direct orders can be fulfilled by your own drivers or handed to a supported delivery provider. We review the delivery options and cost structures available to you so the choice is an informed one β€” a cost review, not a promised saving.

Restaurant questions

Will connecting DoorDash or Uber Eats lower my commission?
No. Connecting marketplace orders into your POS workflow removes duplicate tablets and manual entry. The commission terms in your agreement with each marketplace are unchanged by an integration. Taking more direct orders on your own site is the path that can reduce how much of your volume runs through marketplaces, and we review that with you.
Which delivery apps can be connected?
Uber Eats, DoorDash and Grubhub are commonly supported, with Postmates orders handled through supported Uber Eats connections. What is actually available depends on your POS software, your integration provider and your service area, so each connection is confirmed before setup.
Does every POS brand connect to every app?
No. Support varies by POS software and by integration provider, and some combinations are not available. We confirm the specific pairing for your restaurant during scoping rather than assuming it works.
Can you build the website and the ordering page?
Yes. Deliverables include the site build or refresh, menu and catalog migration and the direct-ordering entry point. We do not promise search rankings or a number of new customers.
How does marketing to past guests stay compliant?
Email and SMS to returning guests only goes to contacts who provided valid opt-in consent, with unsubscribe honoured. Consent records stay with the platform used to collect them.
