About the Ontario merchant market
Merchants near the Ontario Mills corridor in Ontario, in San Bernardino County, span everything from professional offices to home and field services. That range is why BSV Solution treats each Ontario setup as its own configuration project instead of a one-size-fits-all install.
How a Ontario install typically goes
Installs for Ontario businesses generally follow three steps: a setup call, pre-configuration of the terminal or POS, and an on-site or remote go-live session. Actual scheduling depends on your location and current equipment. Bilingual (English/Spanish) onboarding and support materials are available on request for merchants who prefer it.
Where Ontario fits regionally
Ontario, in San Bernardino County, is part of the Southern California market BSV Solution serves. Merchants weighing cash discount or dual pricing should also review California program rules before choosing a pricing structure, since disclosure requirements vary by state.

Can I take a deposit now and the balance before the event?
Yes. Deposits and scheduled balance payments can be collected against one event record, each with its own receipt.
How do payments work at a venue with poor internet?
Handheld terminals on cellular connections cover most venues, and offline-capable options exist on some devices. We confirm what applies to the device you choose.
Can gratuity be split across event staff?
Yes. Tip prompts and reporting can be configured so gratuity is recorded per event and per staff member for your payroll process.
